The servo motor controller is the intelligent control center of the electric drive system. It receives commands from the wireless remote controller and precisely regulates the speed, torque, direction, acceleration, and braking of the servo motors through advanced closed-loop control technology. By continuously monitoring real-time motor feedback, the controller instantly adjusts the output to ensure smooth power delivery, rapid response, and exceptional driving precision under all operating conditions.
Unlike conventional motor controllers, a servo controller constantly communicates with the motors, automatically compensating for changes in load, terrain, and operating conditions. This enables the machine to maintain stable speed, strong climbing performance, accurate steering, and excellent traction, even when working on steep slopes, muddy ground, orchards, vineyards, and other demanding environments.



The MTSK1200 is equipped with a high-performance 60V 150A dual-channel servo controller, independently controlling the left and right drive motors. This allows precise differential steering, smooth pivot turning, and outstanding maneuverability while maximizing traction and stability on uneven terrain.
Rather than using a standard off-the-shelf controller, this unit has been independently upgraded and optimized based on the successful control platform used in our MTSK800 and MTSK1000 models. After years of field testing and continuous improvements, it has proven its reliability in demanding agricultural and industrial applications. The upgraded hardware and optimized control algorithms provide faster response, smoother operation, higher efficiency, and greater durability.

For maximum operator safety, the controller features an intelligent electronic braking system. The servo motors remain electronically locked whenever no throttle command is present. Only when the operator applies throttle does the controller instantly release the electronic brake, allowing the machine to move. As soon as the throttle is released, the controller automatically re-engages the brake, bringing the machine to a controlled stop and preventing unintended movement or rollback. This safety feature is particularly valuable when operating on steep slopes or uneven terrain, providing greater confidence and protection during remote operation.

Continuous heavy-duty operation generates significant heat, so thermal management is critical. The controller is equipped with a high-efficiency cooling fan and a massive 30 mm thick aluminum heat sink, which rapidly dissipate heat from the power electronics. This advanced cooling system maintains stable operating temperatures during prolonged high-load work, significantly improving efficiency, reliability, and component lifespan.
Built specifically for professional outdoor equipment, the controller features an industrial-grade waterproof, dustproof, and vibration-resistant design. The sealed enclosure effectively protects the internal electronics from rain, mud, dust, moisture, and severe vibration, ensuring dependable performance in orchards, forests, construction sites, and other harsh working environments.

The MTSK1200’s complete electric powertrain consists of one 60V 150A dual-channel servo controller and two high-performance servo drive units, each integrating a 3000W servo motor with a heavy-duty quasi-hypoid gear reducer.
