The 500mm Air-Blast Blower is a functional component for agricultural sprayers, designed to improve spray distance, canopy penetration, and coverage.
Working Principle
The engine’s belt output drives the eight-blade fan at high speed, generating a powerful airflow. The airflow is guided by the air deflector and passes through the spray area, carrying the fine droplets from the nozzles farther into the crop canopy.
Engine → Belt Drive → High-Speed Fan → Air Deflector → Spray Mist
