Permanent Magnet Outer-Rotor Generator

The MTSK1200 is equipped with a specially customized 8,000W Permanent Magnet Outer-Rotor Generator, designed specifically for its oil-electric hybrid power system and demanding long-duration operations.

Unlike conventional excited generators, which require an additional excitation winding and excitation power supply to establish the magnetic field, a permanent magnet generator uses high-performance permanent magnets to create the magnetic field. This eliminates the need for a separate excitation system, providing a simpler structure, fast electrical response, and efficient power generation.

The outer-rotor design is specially engineered for the MTSK1200. Its oversized cast housing provides excellent heat dissipation and structural durability, helping the generator maintain stable performance during extended periods of continuous operation.

8,000W High-Power Output

With a rated output of up to 8,000W, the generator provides sufficient electrical power for the MTSK1200’s 60V electrical system, supporting continuous operation of the electric drive, hydraulic system, and other onboard electrical components.

Adjustable Output Voltage

The generator is equipped with a Generator Voltage Regulator Module, which allows the output voltage to be adjusted according to the vehicle’s electrical requirements. The standard operating voltage is approximately 70V, while the system supports up to 120A high-current output, providing a suitable charging and power supply solution for the MTSK1200’s 60V electrical architecture.

Built for Continuous Operation

The combination of a permanent magnet design, oversized cast housing, high-power output, and effective heat dissipation makes this generator particularly suitable for long-duration, high-load agricultural operations.
